What is iftrue and how does it work?
iftrue is the engineering intelligence layer for the AI era. We combine AI adoption metrics, DORA-style delivery data, and developer experience surveys into a single platform so engineering leaders can see where AI actually helps, where delivery is stuck, and where teams are struggling.

Do we need to change our tools or processes to use iftrue?
No. iftrue is plug and play. We layer on top of the tools and workflows your team already uses.
How do I integrate tools that sit behind a firewall?
Allowlist the following IPs for inbound traffic: 34.36.101.243 and 34.36.29.18. For outbound, allowlist 34.73.236.126.

Security & Data

How does iftrue handle security and data privacy?
We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, regular security audits, and comply with SOC 2 and GDPR requirements. Enterprise plans support SSO, SAML, LDAP, audit logs, and data residency.
Does iftrue store our source code?
No. iftrue does not pull, push, or store your repositories. We only collect pull request and review metadata needed to compute metrics.
How can I delete my data?
You can delete your account or organization from settings. Organization deletions require approval from an organization manager. All associated data is removed on deletion.

What support options are available?
Every customer gets documentation, email support, and a dedicated customer success contact. Enterprise plans include a dedicated support engineer and custom SLAs.
